The Three’s Club (TTC) was founded in 2024 with a clear conviction: culture, education and lived experience are inseparable, and the most meaningful learning happens beyond the classroom.

Our early work centred on individuals, designing bespoke experiences across events, travel and private education consulting. Through this, we made what we call the hidden curriculum tangible for private clients. But this raised a larger question: what would this look like at scale?

That question led to a strategic shift. We moved from individual consulting to working with institutions, including schools, local authorities, corporates and development organisations.

We believe culture is the operating system of any society. It shapes how institutions function, how communities develop and how economic progress is made or lost, yet it is rarely treated as a strategic asset. To engage it deliberately is to activate the hidden curriculum at an institutional level - the knowledge, relationships and cultural fluency developed through lived experience that determine access, confidence and long-term outcomes.

Today, TTC operates as a cultural strategy practice at the intersection of culture, education and social and economic development. The name reflects this precisely: three forces that shape how societies evolve, and the point at which they converge.

The philosophy has remained constant. The scale of its application has changed.
